It is very helpful to track my progress, as well as other members' progress in our gym.
The app also helps me keep up with each of their workouts schedule - which has helped lead to more consistency throughout the week! Not much at this time but that's always something we are working towards solving for better customer experience! I would like it if there was an option or section dedicated solely to nutrition/dieting advice (as opposed to just tracking your exercises). Also wish you could send push notifications from within the App instead of having to open another page everytime i want to view them. Tracking fitness goals and seeing how far along everyone else currently is compared to myself makes staying motivated easier than ever before!!
