Yes, he was in the water. And no, she did not damage the connector. The smartphone is charging. I offered repair at my own expense (repair - replacement of the screen module, half the price of a smartphone), but the fact is that the problem is software. And replacing the screen will not solve it. But they don't care. In those support they say that there have been no such complaints (but only this problem exists on ALL smartphones, and on XDA 31 page of its discussion since May 3rd). Also, those whose screen has a pink tint cannot get solutions from both those support and service centers. Although the problem is also software. I will say that all this will be decided when custom firmware is released not based on the official one (AOSP, Linage), but are there any troubles at this price of a smartphone? This is a flagship, and Samsung treats its users so badly. The smartphone is cool, the company is terrible. I don't recommend taking it now.
