We bought this paging system for our church and it worked fine for about 4 months and then with no explanation stopped calling any of the recipients. I have contacted the seller. They gave me some troubleshooting steps. They didn't work so they replaced the device. Anything can stop working for no good reason, even the best products and product lines. What I am thankful for is that the seller doesn't leave the buyer in trouble and stands behind the product. Before this system we had one that served us well for about seven years. However, its cost was about 7 times higher than that of this system. If cost is important to you, this is the system for you.
