I really liked the color coding and I really liked that the cap was a different colour. The first thing that bothered me was that the cap would fall off easily, but it stayed in place. FIRST (we'll also touch on the base on this one). The main cover also warped a bit, but quickly snapped into place while I was using the pencil. At first it was just what I needed and it matched my iPad case very well. An added bonus was that the stylus could still be charged while still fitting in the stylus portion of my iPadPro case. HOWEVER, after about 2 months I noticed that the case seemed to be loosening towards the tip, so I figured it was stretching. It didn't interfere with writing or using my pencil, so I just put it back in its place. It wasn't until 4 months after putting the lid on that I noticed a crack in the middle of the case. The tear was almost imperceptible and looked more like stray cat hair, so I hadn't noticed it before. However, I continued to use the case as I honestly didn't bother going online to buy another one and it didn't help. don't interfere in my work. I also really liked the color combination and the cap stayed in place throughout the process. About 2 months ago when I noticed it also started moving and I often had to push it back between uses. It completely disappeared yesterday and I just can't find it. I just wanted to write down the initial tearing issue as a defective product, or maybe it was the added friction of my pen storage in the iPad Pro case. However, I realized that it could just be the material itself. The lid eventually failed as well and had no visible defects as far as I could remember. tldr: This is a relatively cheap product that does a good job until it finally fails after about 3-4 months. I'd like to enter the market to find another alternative, but I love the two-tone design so much that I'm torn between trying again and choosing a different brand.
