The one I ordered is defective
I had one of these knives for many years but it broke so I ordered this one, very similar. I used it for the first time today to peel apples for Thanksgiving apple pie. It peeled in places but not all of the apples and I had to use a vegetable peeler to finish the job. Very disappointing and waste of money.
