First of all, this is clearly not a high security safe. If you need this, you will have to spend a lot more money. This safe is perfect for keeping things like guns away from small children and the like. I use it for a metal fire box for my drone LiPo batteries. They rarely catch fire, but it can happen. This box is made of steel and should contain any fire should it start. In the event of a fire, the mounting holes prevent the box from being pressurized and becoming a bomb. Installation was easy and everything works as expected. As long as your expectations match the design of the product, you will be satisfied.
