I absolutely LOVE this bag! I ordered it in black and the color is beautiful ,true black.The material is pleasantly durable nylon which is very easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth or throw in the washing machine.The shoulder strap and short handles are the only things that aren't nylon It has 7 external pockets: 3 with zips on the front, 1 velcro pocket on the front, 1 velcro pocket on each side (big enough to hold a water bottle) and 1 zip pocket on the back to dig in every time you find something There's an inside zip pocket, 2 gusseted pockets (which fits your phone comfortably) and a pen holder.It also has a lanyard to attach your keys to, which makes it easy to carry your keys it is very easy to find the keys in the pocket. Shorter handles are shorter than I P redvidel. It still fits on my shoulder, but barely. It doesn't bother me too much as I can just attach a longer shoulder strap. This is a nice everyday bag, so if you're still not sure whether to buy it or not: DO IT! Perfect.
