Review on SUNGOLDPOWER UL1741 4000W 48Vdc Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Battery Charger - Off-Grid 12000W Peak Power by Robert Hayes

I have had this unit for 2 years now and you get what you pay for. The warranty sucks and takes forever to respond and you want to take the device apart to make repairs. So don't rely on a guarantee. Multiple testing and this module is not 88% effective period. The best I got was 77% and idle consumption with no load varies (don't know why) from 160 to 300 watts, not what they advertised. Also please note that I loaded about 3600W and the inverter cannot handle the draw even though it is rated for 4000W. I turned on the washing machine at 120v and 9 amps and the inverter alarm went off because it exceeded the limit. Now I thought it might just be a bad block but my dad bought one too and his block was exactly the same. Many better options for price and quality.
