Bought this item in a size S for my wife who is 5ft tall and very petite (93lbs) with disproportionately large breasts. This vest is perfect for her! You can even wear a thin jacket or hoodie underneath. XS would be too small. Made of high quality material and well assembled. We were able to sew on all our patches and it's better than we expected. As stated in the description for the sale, this is a cropped vest. On her small physique it is there and looks perfect. The lower part of the vest falls all the way down, covering the top of her jeans without much bulging as it lifts her skin when she sits. If you ride in a vest/tailor you know exactly what I mean. All it lacks is a hidden carry case, but if you take it to a tailor to have patches sewn on, you can easily modify some types of holsters to permanently sew them in place for easy and quick retrieval. We will continue down this path as we have not found a better vest. The excellent quality leather looks very stiff, but after a few days of riding in the sun it has become pleasantly soft. Ladies, if you are uncomfortable with the front curve of your vest when riding or sitting with the zip closed, try this. I think if you are about 5ft 4in or less this cropped vest will be your favorite.
