I received this charger two days ago to replace an Apple factory charger. I'm a school teacher and my charger stopped working in the middle of virtual class. My device (iPad Pro) is broken and I couldn't communicate with my virtual students. I also tried my colleague's MacBook Pro, just to make sure it was the charger and not the device, it wouldn't charge. I added a video to show the loading process finished. I even plugged it into different outlets on the surge protector.
