I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

The tiny neck pillow is there; I just hadn't fastened it to the collar when I snapped the photo.
The messenger showed up promptly. Wasn't thrilled that there wasn't an elevator, but I get why.

Pros

Excellent seating option, especially for the petite. My feet have plenty of room. I followed the directions and put it together by myself with no issues. The attached corner wasn't quite up to the task, so I had to use my own screwdriver. Remember, somewhere you'll read that the weight is 25 kilos. It caught me off guard because I hadn't read it.

Cons

The wheels make a tremendous amount of noise, particularly on the laminate. The one negative aspect is this, though.

Got pros: the seat is comfortable, you won't sweat on it, as well as on the back. The armrests are soft but not too soft. The orthopedic pillow is very comfortable. Cons: The chair began to creak, it came skewed to one side, because of this, the armrests are at different heights.
