Not explosion proof but works for our large dog
Just the right size for our 110 lb German Shepherd and Mastiff mix. He's spent a few nights in it without incident, but as others have noted on this and similar stuff boxes, there won't be a dog wanting to get out. The biggest disappointment was the cheap zippers as they are very small and flimsy. Next is a lightweight mesh, which I think should also be several orders of magnitude thicker. But at this price all offers seem to be the same. Works but don't expect the metal cage option.
