He hates it... and I love it!
I bought this to replace the "doorknobs" that he hated. But no, I hated her too. They were hard to hear and left black marks on the doors. He hates it too. He seems disgusted when he rings the bell to go outside. But, as the saying goes, "If you have to go, you have to go." I hear his bell ringing from all over the house... and immediately go to him. He taught me very well!
