I have used GOSmallbiz before as my sole means through which we were able to do our accounting/payroll needs with ease! They've been very helpful over all years - even when they had no immediate need themselves (like once). The system has never failed us but there's always something going wrong somewhere else so it can be frustrating at times if things aren't working properly or don’t seem easy enough. But overall their customer service was excellent throughout everything from initial onboarding process right up until now where i'm still having issues getting them resolved about an issue outside of what comes under standard support terms; however, this time around communication wasn't great between myself & team members involved initially who didn't respond appropriately nor did anyone ever follow-up after receiving responses regarding said questions asked multiple ways via email etc.-which could easily lead someone not.
