I LOVE these shoes! You are perfect! I wear a size 6 1/2, ordered a 6 1/2 and the shoes fit perfectly! It really cushions heel strike. The arch support is enough to make me feel supported, but not so much that I feel like I'm walking on lumps under my feet. I have high arches. Lifting shoes does not rub feet. The sock is great for me. I have wide legs. Enough room to wiggle your toes. I can feel the shoes wrapping around my toes and I feel a little tight, but this is the first day I'm wearing my new shoes. As with all my other shoes they will shrink a little after a few wears and the shoes will not be too roomy.
