I am so disappointed that my LIGHT 'N' EASY Steam Mop has not worked for over 8 months. It's designed for deep cleaning, is versatile and easy to use, but I was hoping it would last at least two years or more. But unfortunately that is not the case. This morning I tried to clean the floor in my apartment, which isn't big at all, and I found that there was no steam coming out. I was looking around trying to figure out what was going on and the hot water started pouring and burning my hand, it was definitely scary :((( then I realized that this machine is in two parts and how you on can see in the photos. Please note the middle line is a little open, hence the leaks. I haven't been able to contact the company, hope they contact us after checking and the photos. We'll see! if not, pay attention, that I get in touch, this will be the last time I buy this product.
