As someone who normally buys ladies medium workout capris from stores like Old Navy and Target, these fit. I was surprised but it did fit. they are loose around the ankle and may not have maximum hold on the hips region. But for this price, and the quality of the fabric I am pleasantly surprised at how nice they are. I bought them as a backup for Halloween incase it gets too cold for my dress, I can throw these on underneath. and since they look so good I might use them to workout after Halloween
