Good snug fit, they slide into each other with little or no slap

I bought this to install a 1" ID Scotch-Brite polishing pad on my old Bronco 1/2" grinder. It worked flawlessly and kept the wheel in good condition and true. It should be noted that this will not help you balance or adjust your wheels, it will only reduce the risk of the wheel falling apart because it is too far off center on the axle. .
