The platform is user friendly and is intuitive, which makes it very easy to use for our customer base. Their support team is also excellent at getting back with you quickly! I wish they had more options for analytics, but their solution is tailored around a specific type of data (medical) and has worked great for us so far. It's not an all-inclusive solution. You need to know what you're looking for to ensure that this does what you want it to do. We're solving the question, "Where are my customers coming from?" This service is helping us identify new sources of revenue and optimize marketing efforts.
