We tried a couple of harness and so far this seems like the best fit. We have been using the Large size for 3-6 months old and I am rebuying today in the xlarge (she is hitting 60LBs and Great Pyrenees are thick and barrel chested- starting to get snug). She seems to find it comfortable- doesn't try to bite it like the others we tried and I like the safety and control it gives me. I can use the top loop as a handle and hold on to her when needed. We may need to switch to a different style with an actual handle when she hits the 100lb range but right now I can still control her enough and this harness seems to be the perfect fit. I also seems to dry fast when it gets wet and surprisingly it does not show that much dirt (and she is always getting into mud) .
