Complete letdown. I was not anticipating this from B&O because I believed it to be a brand of acoustics of the highest caliber. Has some pros: The construction quality is really high, everything has a high-end appearance, and the whole thing gives off the impression that it is quite expensive right away. Except for one detail—the sound—it's the perfect size for the palm of your hand, the strap and carabiner make it easy to carry it with you, and the charging through USB type C works without a hitch. Got cons: The quality is terrible and flat, and it is just plain awful to listen to. I am very selective in the words that I use so that I do not paint a colorful picture with the epithets that are appropriate for this sound. There is, in essence, a satirical take on them in the form of "there are no bes." The sound quality of Bose and even JBL speakers of a comparable size is two heads above that of these.
