Cheap and looks good.

I received these earrings to make custom earrings for my clients out of strips of dry nail polish. They're not *the best* quality, but very good for the price. All in all, for less than a dollar a pair, this makes a great gift for my clients. I love them and so far the people who got them love them too. :) I had no problem installing 12mm cabs in it.
