great value for my opinion
I got these to add more workouts to my home gym. I hook these up to my cable machine and its added so many more workout options. The bands are great at two different resistances. I like that I can use one on my thighs and one for my ankles and can alternate to warm up and to really get that tight squeeze. I honestly got this for the ankle straps and they haven't disappointed. Feels secure and allows me to do those beloved kickbacks I've been wanting to try at home with more resistance. This set is a great value and a great addition to any home gym. Would recommend for any level workout.
