This is actually a great product because it's small so it can't break, I mean it sits flush with the side of your laptop. I'm taking off a star because it would help if I knew I had to download custom mouse calibration software. Thinking about it, I should have found that out for myself, but as a consumer it would be better for me if they (and please do if you don't mind) include that specific information on the sales page! Now I feel bad that I contacted them and said it didn't work and they happily refunded my money but later after scrolling through the reviews a smart guy posted this fix. my fault
