Easy to use. We have been able to track our store cash in real time from the day we installed it without any issues at all. Customer service has been great and they offer support 24/7. I was surprised that it does not sync with Sage. Their customer service team was unable to help us figure this out or find a way to do so with Sage integration. That being said, I think there should be some sort of way to sync between the two programs. The only issue is that sometimes it will slow down when processing large stores but that could just be my computer. We have been very happy with the product so far. I would highly recommend this product. We were looking for a quick way to start tracking cash on the fly without having to go through Sage, which isn't always easy.
