I have had this eGPU for a long time and its problems and problems. The main issue is that when using my Dell XPS 15, my keyboard and mouse freeze randomly. The last email I entered ended up in spam. This happens about every ten words and is very annoying. Also, my mouse freezes when my keyboard spams. I've tried several keyboards and mice. The manufacturer suggested I use a USB hub and that helped a bit, but it still happens. I tested the eGPU on my friend's laptop and still the same issues. I updated all my drivers and still having the same problems. It's gotten so bad lately that I can't use it for anything important. I can't let it mess up something while running by randomly flickering displays or pressing a button. I recommend you look elsewhere. I bought this specifically for the USB ports, but they eventually suggested I use an external USB hub anyway (again, the problem persists).
