I know that when ordering clothes from the east, sizes for adult clothes are very small. My first thought was that sizing might be an issue when I looked at the tag and saw a size 110. LOL The top is US size. Shorts are very small in the waist despite the fact that they are a 4 length. Elastic waistband and drawstring don't balance the girth. This will work well for my grandson who is a skinny size four. If you have a chunky size 4 kid I guarantee this outfit won't work, only for shorts. Cropped outfit, odd size.
