My dog is really tough on chew toys. This bone is one that is lasting him better than most. It is strong and durable. The shape has several grooves and texture that he likes. He is able to make some dents and even scrape off some bits of the nylon, but for the most part, the bone is holding up to his chewing. I expect it will last him quite a while. He probably ingests some of the pieces he chews off, but hasn't had any digestive issues because of it. They seem to just pass through his system.
