Ordered these to organize my drill bits for diamond painting. The font is very small, about 8pt, black on a transparent background. If you attach them to transparent containers, it is doubly difficult to see the number - the small print and the transparent label on the transparent container provide no contrast and reduce legibility. Labels are slightly larger than font, thin and require tweezers to remove from backing. . I tried using them but they were too cumbersome so I ordered some white Avery 0.31" x 0.5" labels, which are much easier to use and read. They might work for some but not for me.
