Based on other people's feedback that their normal size is too small and tight for their feet, I ordered a size LARGE which is larger than my usual size M .Socks fit easily but not tight. Thinking it might be a trick or super messy, I was motivated to try a deep moisturizer without using towels, plastic wrap/bags, etc. It's definitely a "journey" no matter how they're designed, but I'm very happy the more moisture my feet feel. Probably not recommended but I fell asleep one night and wore them until morning. My feet were still there and didn't look like they had been submerged in water. They are difficult to walk on (swimming break) and I would advise no more than a short, careful walk before the required visit, as the liner does not bond properly with the fabric on the sole, creating a soft effect. (Now I keep a fresh pair of socks to change into just to be safe) I will replace them when I wear them for effectiveness, precisely because they moisturize and smooth my hardworking feet, the scent is very very mild (mine is lavender), and there is NO VIEW THROUGHT afterwards. Very satisfied!
