This is the best material! I have sewn thousands of masks and tried everything that can be made from archwire. This wire is great because it can be sewn directly to the top seam of the mask. The description says the wires are covered with paper, but I'm not sure. I hand washed it and tried to make it fall apart but the coating held together. Is it polyester or polypropylene? I bent the wire back and forth many times trying to find the snap point. It hasn't broken yet. And the inner copper wire is thin enough to be cut with scissors! It really is a wonderful thing.
