As said: turn aside for fine pepper; another route for large peppers. Much more pepper per revolution than my Ikea coffee grinder, which I now use for cloves. The pretty red finish matches the red of my Kitchen-Aid. Update: After a few months I still recommend this, but maybe more for marinades or at the table than for chopping peppers in the pressure cooker. Performance seems to have dropped, and I suspect that's because the vapor is reaching the bottom and clogging it up a bit.
