1st order arrived and there was a piece of roller in the box. I returned it. The 2nd order came without instructions. I would never give it away for this reason. It seems cool and it's easy on my eyes. But it actually makes bags under the eyes. Maybe I'm not using it correctly, but how should I know? I'm still not sure what the heart shaped piece is for. It has a hole, so it has to be a necklace? Why keep me guessing?
