The best thing about nedap's is its ability of monitoring all your sales activities at one place,it also has an inbuilt scheduler which allows you monitor everything from start till end without any issues or errors.The only downside i have found with this tool so far is it takes time before new features get implemented as compared to competitors like zoho etc.,also sometimes there are some minor bugs but they fix them very quickly after getting feedbacks through support tickets. As mentioned above,i can say my experience was really good when using nedap products such as CRM-Salesforce integration,SAP Integration (SCORUM),B2C Sales Management System,etc; we were able to track our data easily and make changes where required by just logging into their dashboard.
