Looks and feels like a quality product from opening the box to installing it. Installation was easy, instructions are clear and concise. My only criticism of this product (hence the missing star) is that the LEDs are NOT turned off with the system. The default color is bright white, which brightens up any dark room. There's a partial workaround here though - Lumi has an onboard NZXT CAM controller module that gives you full programmatic control of the LEDs and their colors. - So download the CAM software and either turn off one or more LEDs (which defeats the purpose of buying this model over the vanilla H7 Plus) or change the color to something darker (less bright) like red (the is the color I chose). Since then my room is MUCH darker!
