We bought this system because "11-step" sounds the most impressive and we wanted to make sure we got good Pay money to get the best. Unfortunately, even after 1.5 months, it was a nightmare to work with. I can't bend; and real money for hours and hours away, visit after visit, plumbing, no obvious solution: Pros: (1) Customer service is fairly responsive and someone picks up the phone right away. Cons: (details below) (1) renovated? (2) I must insist on better support. (3) The leaks never seem to stop. Never. (4) I want them to have their own certified/recommended specialists. Details: (I can't bend, so I'll need a plumber to do it.) Issues as well as the lack of printed accompanying instructions. CSR sent me an electronic version but after I insisted she sent me a printed version because I think it will really help the plumber when dealing with this complex system. Filtered water (when it works) STILL has that nasty sulfur smell, maybe a little less - which is why we looked for this thing. (I called the city inspectorate several times and they assured me that our water is fine on their side.) Everything is very tight, but it happens all the time: a week after the plumber left, something starts in the top plate to lick . Again the plumber assures me everything is super tight and I checked it myself with the wrench that was provided. Uninstalling and installing is a lot of work. Last time they promised they would send a replacement record if needed. This time after I insisted and after screenshots etc. they sent me one. I'm doing some shopping on the Express Water website right now - I want every accessory ready for the next time the plumber shows up, because again, the real cost is the labor. I don't mind paying all that money when this thing finally works. I think tasty, well-filtered water is worth the price. I doubt it's a plumbing issue. This is the best plumber in town and works on many reverse osmosis systems but I want the company to take full responsibility and have their own certified/recommended technicians to do the job.
