The team i work with is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their product. They are always willing to help you in any way they can. I have never had an issue or complaint. This company gets it right every time! Nothing but good things to say so far. We use this software for our business, accounting operations. It's great that we can keep track of all our inventory easily as well as customers orders. The ability to control all of our devices in one place, it is very easy to manage tasks/queries/data that are spread across multiple locations. It's not as intuitive as it should be, I always feel like I'm missing something when using it, but then again, maybe it's just me. There is only one way to do things with this software which often causes you to repeat yourself. If you have a large network with many devices, it's great! Managing so many locations was never an issue before.
