At first my son was very happy with these headphones and when we got them even the real headphones didn't work. I will say they are comfortable and fit my son's ears perfectly. But for almost $30 headphones I expect them to work or be tested before shipping. I'll return as soon as possible. Update They sent me new headphones for free and they work great, the sound and bass are fantastic. I am not happy with the product and my son loves it! Many thanks to the seller who sent me a new pair the next day!
