Purchased in July and 23/12/2020 on the way home from work there were sporadic oil pressure warnings but the oil level was normal. The car didn't make any strange noises until I got home and when I opened the hood the entire driver's side was covered in oil. I didn't notice the X-shaped tear in the cover until I filled the engine and started the car for a quick diagnosis. As I sat in the car with the hood open, I saw a two-foot spray of oil pouring out of the oil pan cover. This is the only non-original part I have fitted to this car, I learned a lesson.
