Hard to rate an old school lightbulb. No electronics, just a burning filament and a glass tube. Well it works. They seem to be pretty stable at around 9-10 watts, which is very good. They appeared to be about 1-2mm shorter than what they replaced, but all they did was create a tighter connection, which is probably a good thing. for 1/2 the price of my local electric company. And the big stores don't have them.
