super easy. Great helper to feel the wrist hinge.

First of all, to answer all the negative reviews - visit YouTube folks! Yes, it's a fake Swingyde and it doesn't come with an owner's manual or CD, but you get 2 for $7. Yes, it's plastic and uses a very simple but effective screw and wing nut to tighten the end of the clamp. You don't even need a screw if properly adjusted on the handle. Basically you unscrew the screw and open the lip of the guide on the thin end of the shaft near the racquet head and slide it up the shaft until it clicks into place. For most people, you'll want the clip to touch the index finger of your bottom hand at about 90 degrees, or slightly lower if you want more. The other setting is rotation, and most of the videos I've seen show the lead aligned with the front edge of the racquet, which is close to me, but this depends on your plane of rotation. On practice swings I can get it to touch my forearm, but on my actual swing I wrap my left wrist a little and it hits the inside of my forearm. It didn't really matter to me as I took a few slow swings with one racquet to get a feel and then picked up the other racquet and hit it a few times. I've hit a few with the jig just to see what I think. This is quite doable and I could see that after impact you actually get the same contact with the guide. I didn't really like it as it seemed weird on such a fast part of your swing. For me, the win was making some good takeaways with those really over-the-top wrists.
