I like that we can track all leads in one place, so it's easy to see where they are at any given time or what stage their process might be stuck up until now! It has helped me keep my team organized by tracking each step along every client journey - even if someone isn't actively working towards closing them out yet (eek!). The platform also allows you create custom fields/questions which makes your workflow more efficient when communicating back & forth between yourself AND other members across teams / departments etc.. You're able add notes directly into specific tasks too instead having an email exchange about something not being done right away after submitting via CRM system would mean multiple emails were sent before getting feedback resolved properly :) This tool does exactly WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOX!! So far no issues here but always good idea just incase ;).
