You can see my original review below. After I posted this review, Smartpro contacted me and sent me a replacement watch. It turned out that this is not a design flaw, but the original device was defective. I programmed a new block and got it up and running in 5 minutes! I've been using it for a week now, I'm very satisfied. Kudos to Smartpro for taking the initiative and contacting me. Excellent customer service! First Rating: Never could program it properly. The buttons were so tiny and difficult to hold that I had to keep starting over. And then there were many, many times when I pushed this button or that button and nothing happened at all. Not even worth one star.
