I am 5ft 7in and weigh about 160lbs. I bought size XL and they fit perfectly. I love the stretch of these shorts. your perfect length. Not too short and not too long. There is some room in the legs, not baggy but not tight like leggings. Basically perfect. I plan to buy at least one more pair in a different color.
