Disappointed in picture frame

The frame is very nice but when I received it there was a chip in the glass of the frame (which cut my finger) and one of the clips on the back holding the picture fell off immediately off when I took it out of the box.

lettering LOVE in the middle. Problematic wood look. Modern style
