This neck fan is worth its price. It can get a little noisy, and if your hair is loose, the cooling panel at the nape of your neck can eat your hair. The cooling plate's fan pushes the air out, but at the same time catches the hair when it's down. The cold plate itself is a great feature and works great. The fan speed is good, but the higher the speed, the louder the fan noise. Overall a great buy for the price, just be careful if your long hair is down. Great item for Disneyland or other parks when it's definitely hot.
