Won't stick to plywood endgrain

The adhesive properties of this product won't let it stick to plywood endgrain. It barely stuck to the smooth long grain of plywood as well. Not sure how long this is going to last for my application of a miter saw dust hood.

Can be cut to a custom length to fit your specific needs

Cons

May not be effective on thin objects with small surface area
