The size chart size me one size down saying it was the best match but I tried it on the other day. It was very snug and I had to do alot of movement to even get it up to my stomach. But this is also my first time wearing them so I'm expecting it to be difficult. I just want to know if it's supposed to be so snug. Like I can breathe before putting the wrap on but afterwards. It didn't feel like I could do any activities. But I'll get my husband to help me put it on this time then update my review. Other than it's my first time. I did like how it initially held me in without the wrap.
