A valuable purchase, some advantages!

In light of the fact that the cooler was developed for processors with a thermal design power (TDP) of up to 130 watts, and that I have a pebble with a TDP of 65 watts, it is guaranteed that the device will function without producing any audible noise.

Pros

1. Wastes 130 watts of power. 2. Has a slick appearance. 3. Cheap 4. Compatible with sockets used by both AMD and Intel 5. Performance in complete silence

Cons

Why did they slap thermal paste on it when it's not even an MX-4? It's hardly a big deal, considering how easy it is to clean up. Yes, and given the price, it's nothing more than a minor quibble; I highly doubt I'll uncover any significant defects.
