I needed a shirt for her while she was recovering from a deep cut in her left armpit. That was excellent. I was concerned that she would fit because she is not a sphinx but I bought her a large one, she weighs about 7.5lbs and she fits perfectly. When I put it on she found it very long for her body but she had no trouble moving and the length actually prevented it from riding forward. I needed sleeves for her and she didn't mind the shirt at all, but if your cat doesn't want to wear sleeves or has shorter arms, she could be in trouble; When crouching into a loaf, her arms sometimes go into the shirt instead of the shirt and bend at the elbows - see photo. It was very comfortable and the fabric was soft, light and breathable. It felt like a child's overalls.
